My stay here was brilliant, in particular the staff were so so good, very accommodating and genuinely friendly. The room was great for a four star hotel. Great location as well, with Berlin public transport you can’t go wrong. Perhaps the only fault was the lack of daily room cleaning, I’m not too bothered about this but over 8 nights my room wasn’t cleaned. Still a brilliant stay and would 100% come again

Very well-maintained hotel. More than expected. Compared to the price, the quality of the hotel was great. The air of the hotel room was somehow a bit dry, but except for that, I was pretty satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The area where the hotel is located is very quiet and still in the center of the city. The staff were also professional and quick in handling tasks.

地理位置還不錯，離地鐵站很近。房間也都還不錯，比較安靜。設施不能説現代，但是也都好用。離博物館島還有涪陵大教堂走路可以到。

酒店在東柏林比較偏的一個位置，但是離地鐵站不遠，出來三站地就進入市中心的位置，去博物館島和亞歷山大廣場都還方便，這次因為在附近辦事，選擇在這裡的這家雖然衹有四星的酒店，本來感覺還不錯，因為去辦事不遠，打算再續住三天的，但第二天發現房間打算的非常馬虎湊合，連用過的擦手巾都沒換，杯子也不洗，紙巾盒也沒有補充，而且咖啡機也沒有補膠囊，免費水也沒有了，懶得再和前台溝通交涉，果斷退房換其他酒店，前台的服務其實還不錯，但是客房服務衹能讓我在服務上給一分，太影響心情
